Foaming
Lightweight PVC foam layer designed for softness and comfort.
It adds cushioning, flexibility, and a natural leather-like feel. The foaming layer determines the plushness of the material and enhances usability across footwear, upholstery, and automotive applications.
Top Coat Layer
Premium PVC coating engineered for durability and aesthetics.
This layer provides the final look and feel of the material, offering customised grains, colours, and surface finishes. It delivers superior scratch resistance, easy cleanability, and long-lasting performance.
Fabric Backing
Available in multiple constructions (knitted, woven, non-woven), the backing provides strength, dimensional stability, and improved processability. It also determines stretch, and application suitability as per buyers specifications.
Adhesive Layer
Specialised PVC or PU adhesive that binds the Top coat and Foam Layer to the Backing fabric. Ensures strong interlayer adhesion, preventing delamination and maintaining durability under continuous flexing and wear.
